IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

TO REGISTER YOUR CHILD FOR KINDERGARTEN FOR THE 2008-09 SCHOOL YEAR, YOUR CHILD MUST BE 5 YEARS OF AGE ON OR BEFORE OCTOBER 16, 2008.

Please take the following items to your base school for all registrations:

•  A certified copy of your child's birth certificate

•  An immunization record for the child

•  Proof of residence (your utility bill, housing contract, rental agreement)  

A kindergarten Health Assessment needs to be completed between August 25, 2007 and the beginning of school in the year 2008. You will receive this form when you register your child at school. The completed form needs to be returned to school on or before the first day of school.
